Spiritual Fitness

To people who embrace it, the spiritual aspect of karate can be of help to achieve their goals. Our training is based on a mix of practicality, western knowledge, oriental knowledge, and oriental philosophy. Karate requires you to use your inner and muscular force, to concentrate your strengths to their maximum. According to eastern philosophies, the flow of energy through the body relates to ones strengths, weaknesses, and ability to recover. This frame of mind is applied throughout training, and is core to most Asian martial arts.

The exploration of this metaphysical aspect of the art is both very interesting and empowering towards our self development.
